Crispy thin (and vegan) tomato pie right on the menu, lots of garlic, and the price is right. They told me no dairy or egg in the crust (unbelievable but some places do throw these in).
Easy to miss across from the car wash, in a former Turkey Hill building that stood vacant for a long time. Nice to see it occupied again.
Here is an update with something I recently learned they will do:
You can get a pie "partially cooked" which is wonderful when you want to bring it home and finish baking it with your own toppings, which for us means veg pepperoni and cheese. The pizza crust thus does not get overcooked while your toppings are cooking. What a useful way to enjoy a cheap quick customized dinner until more pizza places offer non-dairy cheese and veggie meat toppings. -

I'm from western PA where a buffalo chicken salad means greens, cheese, cucumbers tomatoes and crispy fried chicken topped with fries. Since moving to Berks County about a year ago, this type of salad is one of unicorn status. (If anyone finds one please capture it and let me know). My boyfriend and I ordered two different salads from two restaurants, Sophia's being one of the restaurants. We ordered the salad, with a side of fries to go. Some of the desired topping were missing, and it had kalamata olives in it but the chicken was fried as I had hoped and the fresh cut fries were unfortunately soggy as a result of ordering take out, and I'd like to give another try. The sauce on the buffalo chicken was a little "off" The cost was reasonable for the price, I believe about $13-14. I suppose my three star rating is the result of my expectation of buffalo chicken salads that have yet to be met. To note, this salad was the better of the two restaurants. I'd like to try this place and dine in.

I've stopped here to grab a pizza after I was done refing a summer basketball league. I've gotten a plain and pepperoni pizza and was very good. I stooped back after refing an aau tournament and picked up a hoagie they told me the dough used for the pizza is used for the sandwiche rolls. The hoagie was awesome. Great service friendly and would highly recommend this place.

WOW! Was I ever sooo surprised as a pizza connoisseur there aren't a lot of choices by reading. I never ate anything from here but saw place everytime I got a car wash. Me and my wife decided to grab a pepperoni pizza and garlic knots with marinara sauce today and boy were we ever so grateful we did! This place was a home run! Crust was thin and crispy yet still was chewey and moist! The sauce was perfect was seasoned very nicely the pepperonis were nice and crispy too! Garlic knots were soft and chewey and EVERYTHING was made fresh to order! WE WILL BE BACK FOR MORE! The inside was super clean and looked newly renovated. If your wondering should you eat here like I used to THE ANSWER IS YEEEEESSS! Great food!
